Talc Filler Masterbatch – PE, PP, HIPS and GPPS

Hailinh produces talc filler masterbatch in four carrier resins, so you can match the grade to your base polymer and process. Talc content ranges from 40% to 80%, made with natural talc from Vietnamese mineral sources.

What talc does in plastics

Talc is a plate-shaped mineral. In plastic it raises stiffness, improves dimensional stability and heat resistance, and reduces shrinkage and warpage in molded parts. In blown film it helps reduce blocking, so layers separate more easily. Compared with plain CaCO3, talc is chosen when stiffness and heat performance matter more than cost alone.
