Applications:
- Woven packaging.
- Spinning.
Features
- PW is a poly propylene plastic master batch containing (76-85)% calcium carbonate. It is milky white with excellent dispersion.
- It can be mixed with Poly propylene resin for packaging weaving, spinning, etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It acts as a modifier to improve heat resistance, tensile strength, dimensional stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from combustion and has the potential to prevent further environmental pollution.

Proposal processing
- General loading is recommended at 10~35% and may vary depending on the product.
- The processing temperature is set according to the processing temperature of the resin and applies well between 160 – 280℃ .
Packaging, transportation and storage
- All materials are packed in PE heavy duty bags or PP woven bags with lamination inside.
- Be careful to avoid moisture, sunlight and breakage during transportation and storage.
- The product is sensitive to moisture. Be sure to use the product immediately after opening the packaging. If there is a moisture problem, dry it with a hot air recycler below 90℃ for 30 minutes.
